I will facilitate people to re-energize their careers and guide professionals through change to unlock greater potential within themselves. I am a transformational coach/consultant and facilitator, who will partner you towards an invigorating career.

 

I am qualified to use fast, effective cutting edge tools from the field of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Neuro Semantics (NS) as well as other more traditional career and personal development tools. I am also qualified to use Belbin Team Roles Assessment Tool. This tool enables individuals and teams to gain greater knowledge and understanding.

 

I am passionate about working with individuals to be the best they can be as well as forging co-operative and dynamic working groups to enable more enjoyable working environments.

 

My friendly manner, together with my communication and rapport skills will put you at ease readily and enable you to quickly action the changes you need and want in your life.

 

 

 

 

 

I have a number of career and executive coaching programmes, that allow me to use individual consultations tailored to your specific requirements. This will assist you to find successful solutions and produce desired results. Clients can choose between a number of programmes that suit their particular outcomes.

 

I offer one on one coaching, career group workshops, seminars, trainings and skills based consulting support to both individuals and organisations.

 

I have a wealth of life and work experience that I bring to my career coaching/facilitation role. I have had seventeen years of NZ Police experience, in which I held a management role as the Canterbury Recruiting Officer for 7 years. I have always enjoyed sport both competitive and social, and enjoy the health benefits it provides. I am married and have a wonderful son.

 

I am an internationally certified Meta Coach (ACMC) and a qualified Master Practitioner of NLP. I also have a Diploma in Personnel Management. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICFA), Meta Coaching Foundation (MCF) and the New Zealand Association of NLP (NZANLP). I am also an active member of the local ICFA Canterbury Chapter and Business Chicks (a business networking group).
