What Is Meta - Coaching?
| A Meta-Coach will first and foremost
be able to recognize, detect, and effectively address
the processes, mind-sets, frames and belief’s,
etc of the person learning to make changes or develop
in a given area.
We use a coaching model based on
the neuro-linguistics of human communicating and functioning
(NLP) that describes how to run your own brain and
manage your own states and the (NS) Neuro-Semantics
that describes the levels of mind-body-emotion and
looks at the structure of excellence.
Coaching focuses on generative change
assuming that people already have sufficient resources
to succeed and only need some facilitation to make
it happen. This changes the expertise of the change
agent. To be an expert in coaching does not require
being an expert in the content. The coaches expertise
is in the process. The coach works at a higher or
meta level of awareness.

Meta-coaching takes performance to a higher
level. It works holistically with a client’s whole
system. It is a partnership that facilitates clients to
produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional
lives. We co-create a new inner game that manifests itself
in a new outer game.
Ultimately we have a conversation to get
to the heart of the matter. We work with the gap between
where you are now and where you want to be. We speak to
the gap between the current state and the desired state.
Coaching is all about facilitating change.
It is about facilitating excellence in
clients and enabling them to discover the wonder and magic
of taking charge of their lives.
Coaching is all about change. One of the
most enduring characteristic of change is our ambivalence
about it. Often, we want to change, and yet we also hesitate
to change and even fear change. Understanding our change
and the need for it and how it began may give us understanding,
but not necessarily change. Coaching will assist to make
the handling of change easier.

Coaching is the art of facilitating
an individual or organisation’s highest outcomes
and dreams by mobilizing the inner and outer resources
for fully unleashing and actualizing potentials.
